As most of you are aware, your reps have been in a meeting today regarding the "FLEXIBLE" working pattern the company are going to implement.
The company have shown us with the proposed changes as well as a date they have chosen to implement these new changes.1st of OCTOBER being the chosen date. The meeting didn't go as smooth as previous meetings, there where a lot of shouting and heated moments, but discussions never broke down and are still on going.
We cancelled and asked for the meeting to be moved to a different date. (Some time next week)
This is so we can have time to call a meeting with our members from TCT and have Fazia, our full time official present in the next meeting.
We need ALL members from TCT to be present on TUESDAY 28th AUGUST 1:30. The meeting will take place in the amenity block, the meeting will last 30-45 minutes.
